Really the only major thing to look out for is if the kegs are old style (smooth no handles) or new style (handles). It will be much easier to lap new style kegs as you can get a firm grip on them. With the smooth ones, you&amp;#39;ll need strong fingers to get right under the top lip of the keg on both sides and kind of high pull it into your lap and then switch to a stone lapping style. Hope this helps and good luck.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2228282814772466487/6357438394035153770/comments/default/4424691882942061491'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2228282814772466487/6357438394035153770/comments/default/4424691882942061491'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.samsonstrengthconditioning.com/2010/02/week-of-strongman_28.html?showComment=1267457241438#c4424691882942061491' title=''/><author><name>Craig Pfisterer</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/13540812006990314140</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='32' height='24' src='http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_wh9hju48TTs/SkTw9pUg0rI/AAAAAAAAAAM/p7pC6Y_fPUg/S220/awesomefaces.png'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.samsonstrengthconditioning.com/2010/02/week-of-strongman_28.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2228282814772466487.post-6357438394035153770' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2228282814772466487/posts/default/6357438394035153770' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-966735070'/></entry></feed>
