The Week of a Strongman
This is my breakdown of the training week.
Sunday- Upper Acc.
Monday- ME Lower
Tuesday- Off
Wednesday- ME Upper
Thursday- Off
Friday- Off
Saturday- Strongman
My current weight is at 220lbs and rising. I am trying to get to 230 within a month.
